These terms and conditions govern the delivery services provided by Radiant Vogue International (hereinafter referred to as "RVmalls") through the pick-up arrangement at Outside of Diamond Hill MTR Station. By placing an order, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Pick-up Arrangement
- Pick-up Time: Monday to Friday at 19:15, excluding public holidays. RVmalls reserves the right to adjust the pick-up time and will notify customers in advance of any changes.
- Reservation Requirements: Customers must submit a reservation request through RVmalls' designated channels (e.g., website, app, or WhatsApp) by 16:00 on the day of pick-up. If the reservation is not submitted by this time, the pick-up cannot be arranged for that day, and a new pick-up time must be scheduled. This requirement is intended to ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up process.
- Reservation Confirmation: RVmalls will confirm the reservation request as soon as possible and notify the customer of the specific pick-up details.
3. Pick-up Location
- Pick-up Location: All pick-ups will take place in a designated area outside Diamond Hill MTR Station (RVmalls will inform customers of the specific location upon reservation confirmation). To comply with MTR regulations, the pick-up will occur outside the paid area, and neither customers nor RVmalls staff may conduct pick-ups within the paid area.
- Timely Arrival: Customers should ensure they arrive at the designated location on time to facilitate a smooth pick-up and comply with MTR regulations.
4. Applicable Products
- In-stock Products: This pick-up arrangement is only applicable to products that are "available for immediate sale." Customers can check the website for detailed information on available products.
- Pre-ordered Products: For pre-ordered products, customers must make a pick-up reservation after receiving the "Product Arrival Notification." If customers fail to make a timely reservation after the notification, it will affect the pick-up arrangement, and the seller will not be liable for any resulting losses.
- Order Effectiveness: All orders become effective only after full payment is made. Reservations for pick-up can only be arranged after payment is completed. Customers should ensure that their payment method is valid to avoid delays in pick-up. If payment is unsuccessful, RVmalls will not retain the order.

6. Pick-up Process
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information regarding the pick-up person's name and contact number when selecting the reservation service. Any inaccuracies may result in a failed pick-up, and the seller will not be liable for any resulting losses.
- Identity Verification: Customers must provide a valid order number and a name and contact number that match the order when picking up the item, so staff can verify the order details and ensure a smooth pick-up. Customers should keep the order number safe for reference.
- Product Inspection: RVmalls encourages customers to inspect the product's type, quantity, specifications, and appearance to ensure they match the order at the time of pick-up. If there are any discrepancies, please inform RVmalls staff immediately.
- Confirmation of Receipt: After verifying that the product is correct, customers must sign to confirm receipt. Upon signing, ownership and risk of the product will transfer to the customer.
7. Age Restrictions
- Restricted Products: For products such as alcohol, tobacco, or other items legally restricted from being sold to minors, the pick-up person must be at least 18 years old and must present valid identification for verification at the time of pick-up.
- Inability to Pick Up: If the pick-up person does not meet the age requirement or refuses to provide identification, RVmalls reserves the right to refuse delivery and retains the right to cancel the order and related costs.
8. Cancellation and Forfeiture
- Warehouse Retention Period: RVmalls will only retain products at its Hong Kong warehouse for 30 working days after the product arrives. If the customer does not pick up the product within the retention period, it will be deemed as forfeiting the right to pick up, and the order will be automatically canceled, with no recourse for recovery or refund. This policy complies with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.
- Pick-up Location Requirements: All pick-ups must occur outside the MTR station gate with both parties present. If either party fails to comply with this requirement, it will be deemed as forfeiting the right to pick up, and the order will be automatically canceled, with no recourse for recovery or refund.
9. Adverse Weather Arrangements
- Black Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above: All pick-ups will be canceled, and a new pick-up time will be arranged.
- Service Restoration: RVmalls will restore service as soon as possible after the cancellation of the warning signal and will notify customers of the new pick-up arrangements.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Accuracy of Product Information: RVmalls strives to ensure that product information is accurate; however, it is not liable for any losses caused by errors or omissions in product information.
- Indirect Damage Liability: RVmalls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages incurred by customers due to the use or inability to use RVmalls services.
11. Legal Responsibilities
- Legal Compliance: All operational activities of RVmalls comply with relevant Hong Kong laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Sale of Goods Ordinance, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
- Legal Compliance: According to Section 30 of the MTR Corporation Limited (Railway) Bylaw, unless written permission is obtained from the MTR Corporation, no person shall sell, offer for sale, or display any goods or services within the railway premises.
- Legal Consequences: Violators of this regulation may face a fine of $5,000 and imprisonment for up to 6 months. Customers should be aware of and comply with relevant laws and regulations to avoid legal violations.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Final Decision Authority: RVmalls reserves the final decision authority in the event of any disputes. These terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong law.
- Dispute Handling: Customers who have any questions or need further clarification regarding these terms should promptly contact our customer service department for assistance. Customer service will provide necessary support according to the Consumer Protection Act.
13. Amendment of Terms
- Right to Amend: Radiant Vogue International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice to customers. Customers should review these terms and conditions before placing any orders. Placing an order indicates that the customer accepts the terms and conditions applicable at that time.
