1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with rvmalls.com, hereinafter referred to as “Radiant Vogue Malls”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Radiant Vogue Malls website, mobile website, or mobile application (jointly referred to as  ”rvmalls.com”).

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Check this page periodically for changes.

Our store is hosted on SHOPLINE (Starling Labs Limited). SHOPLINE provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Only persons of legal age, depending on your place of residency, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the countries that Radiant Vogue Malls provides deliveries to can place an order. The Terms might be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on rvmalls.com at the time you place your order.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the rvmalls.com site, or which impacts the security of the site; (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site; or (iv) Transmit destructive code

Violating these terms may result in immediate service termination.

2. Modifications to the service and prices

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without liability. We may limit sales to specific regions or jurisdictions. Certain products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3. Prices and delivery charges
Prices exclude delivery charges, import taxes, or customs duties, which are billed by third-party providers.

For orders exceeding the de minimis threshold, additional fees apply. We do not charge extra for multiple deliveries.

4. Ordering/conclusion of contract
The ordering option available to you is via rvmalls.com.

Once orders are placed with rvmalls.com, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your rder, we will notify you and refund payments using the original method. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Radiant Vogue Malls Customer Service who will settle the refund.

5. Payment methods

Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards and merchandise cards as forms of payments via rvmalls.com.

You will receive the legally required invoice document in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed by unforeseen events.·

-Delivery areas and delivery rates: Free shipping in Hong Kong with net purchase of HK$499 or above. Except for remote areas and outlying islands. For order less than HK$499, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer. 

·Tracking: After payment verification, you will receive a tracking number via email.

·Delivery Date: Orders are processed within 3-7 working days after payment. Orders placed after 16:00 Hong Kong time are processed the next day. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Contact customer service within 45 days for missed deliveries or issues. Incorrect addresses may delay delivery. Failed second delivery attempts return parcels to our warehouse with an additional re-delivery fee.

Pickup method – door delivery and pickup at self-operated SF Express stations.

b) Order tracking

Upon payment verification, the system will email the tracking number of third-party logistics provider to the customer once the provider picks up the order from our warehouse.

c) Delivery date

Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be handed over to third-party logistics provider within 3-7 working days upon payment verification.

Order cut-off time is 16:00 Hong Kong time Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the next working day.

If an order contains more than 1 shipping box, depending on the delivery arrangement by the third-party logistics provider, each box may be delivered separately at different time.

Each order is well packed for transport. However, if the goods are damaged or lost due to errors by the third-party logistics provider during transit and/or delivery, Radiant Vogue Malls will assist you to recover items from the logistics company. No compensation or replacement will be offered by Radiant Vogue Malls.

Third-party logistics provider will only deliver goods to the address specified on the order. Once the order is confirmed, no information including the delivery address can be amended.

Delivery to customer shall be deemed to be completed once the goods are delivered to customer at the address specified.

Undeliverable goods will be returned to Radiant Vogue Malls. The customer agrees and accepts that Radiant Vogue Malls reserves the right to cancel the customer's order.

Should the customer entrust others to receive the goods, Radiant Vogue Malls and the third-party logistics provider shall not be liable for the risks or losses involved.

Third-party logistics provide will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods on or before the scheduled delivery date. The customer acknowledges and accepts that some orders may be delayed.

Radiant Vogue Malls and third-party logistics provider are not liable for any failure, delay, losses, or damage because of acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, industrial action, nuclear explosions, or wars.

7. Withdrawal of Order

Customer should verify goods upon receipt. Notify us promptly of any manufacturing defects. Return defective items per the return policy for a full refund. For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Radiant Vogue Malls shall be final.

8. Return and refund
Radiant Vogue Malls guarantees a full refund for any returned items in accordance with section 7 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed.

Where Radiant Vogue Malls operates the site in HK Dollars, Radiant Vogue Malls is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds in a currency other than HK Dollars. We will not refund any bank charges.

9. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Radiant Vogue Malls' liability regarding any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

Radiant Vogue Malls does not accept liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.We are not liable for indirect losses or failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).Radiant Vogue Malls is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity; Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on rvmalls.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.

10. Colours and measurements
Radiant Vogue Malls makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. Radiant Vogue Malls will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not manufacturing defects.  In purchasing from Radiant Vogue Malls, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.

Measurements are approximate values only.The final measurements of an item may vary slightly in its production.

The information provided on the website is for general information purposes and use only.

Any return for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not manufacturing defect) will not be accepted.

11. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

12. Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

13. Severance
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

14. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights on rvmalls.com belong to Radiant Vogue Malls. Unauthorized use is prohibited without permission.

15. Governing law
Radiant Vogue Malls is governed by the law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any claim or dispute must be determined exclusively by the courts in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and no other court.
