UPON COMPLETION OF PAYMENT, THE SYSTEM WILL EMAIL THE CUSTOMER A "TRACKING NUMBER" WHEN THE SHIPMENT IS HANDED OVER TO THE THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER.

 

1.3 DELIVERY TIME

2. 'RADIANT VOGUE INTERNATIONAL' CUT-OFF TIME IS 18:00 HONG KONG TIME DAILY; ORDERS PLACED AFTER 18:00 WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT DAY.

3. DELIVERY SERVICES MAY BE AFFECTED BY SEASONAL FACTORS (SUCH AS LARGE SALES EVENTS) OR HOLIDAYS (SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, LUNAR NEW YEAR, OR EASTER), WHICH MIGHT REQUIRE LONGER DELIVERY TIMES. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO NOTIFICATIONS AT THE TIME.

- YOUR PACKAGE CONTAINS MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS

7. PLEASE CLICK THE "CONFIRM RECEIPT" BUTTON WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE. AFTER 6 MONTHS, THE BUTTON WILL TURN GRAY AND CANNOT BE USED TO GAIN ADDITIONAL POINTS.

 

1.4 DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. IF AN ORDER CONTAINS MORE THAN ONE SHIPPING BOX, THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS MAY DELIVER THEM SEPARATELY. DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE LOGISTICS PROVIDER'S ARRANGEMENT.

2. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PACKAGE THE ITEMS SECURELY BEFORE SHIPPING, BUT IF THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR LOST DUE TO THE LOGISTICS COMPANY'S MISTAKE DURING TRANSIT, WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN CLAIMING COMPENSATION FROM THE LOGISTICS COMPANY BUT WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU DIRECTLY.

8. IF THE RECIPIENT AUTHORIZES SOMEONE ELSE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS ON THEIR BEHALF, 'RADIANT VOGUE INTERNATIONAL' AND THE THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ASSOCIATED RISKS OR LOSSES.

9. THE THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER WILL MAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO DELIVER THE ITEMS BEFORE THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE. CUSTOMERS AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS.

10. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTERS, POLITICAL FACTORS, STRIKES, NUCLEAR EXPLOSIONS, OR WARS.

11. PLEASE INSPECT THE ITEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER RECEIVING THEM. IF YOU FIND ANY NON-HUMAN-CAUSED DAMAGES, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEMS TO ARRANGE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. FOR DETAILS, PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
